# Your shopping in Home Assistant

Your shopping list — your group's, if you are in one — becomes a to-do list in Home Assistant. Add, tick and remove items from the voice assistant or from automations, and the change reaches the phones within seconds.

**Only for people who already use SingleMall.** Anybody can install it, but the sign-in refuses an account without an invitation.

Only the shopping list comes across: favourites, the meal plan and prices stay in the app.

## Install it in four steps

1. ### Install HACS

If your Home Assistant does not have HACS yet, the community's store of integrations, install it by following its guide.

2. ### Add the repository

In HACS open the ⋮ menu, then **Custom repositories**, paste this address and choose the type **Integration**.

3. ### Download and restart

Find SingleMall in HACS, download it and restart Home Assistant.

4. ### Add the integration

In Settings, Devices & services, choose **Add integration**, then SingleMall, and sign in with your SingleMall email and password. The first time, the browser asks for your Home Assistant's address: type the one you open it with, for example `http://homeassistant.local:8123`.

When a new version is out, HACS shows it as an update: install it and restart.
