Is it really free?

Yes. No ads and no subscription: it is a personal project, with no company behind it.

Does it work on an iPhone?

Yes, in your browser. The native app is Android only.

Are the prices reliable?

They are the ones the shops publish online for your outlet, read every day. Prices and offers explains the differences at the till.

Can I use it on my own, without a group?

Yes. A group is only for sharing the shopping.

I forgot my password.

Tap "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page. First steps also explains how to change it.

How do I report a problem or send a suggestion?

In the Android app, from Settings → "Send a suggestion or a problem".

How do I delete my account?

The privacy notice explains it, along with what happens to your data.
